Registration and use of the 92co platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. The operation of duplicate, secondary or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy are subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure.
The following categories of persons are not eligible to register an Account:
To register an Account you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process, including a valid email address or mobile number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any of your details change.
92co reserves the right to request identity and address verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of pending withdrawals in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 92co immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 92co shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Where two-factor authentication (2FA) is available, users are strongly encouraged to enable this feature to reduce the risk of unauthorised account access. 92co may require 2FA in certain circumstances as a condition of account operation.
Deposits must be made using payment methods approved and listed in the Platform's Cashier section at the time of transaction. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without advance notice. Reference to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah in Platform materials is provided as contextual reference for Pakistani users only and does not constitute an endorsement, partnership or confirmation of availability by those institutions.
The Platform's primary display currency is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate applicable at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate differences are borne by the user.
Minimum deposit thresholds are set by the Platform and displayed in the Cashier section. These thresholds may vary by payment method. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited and may be returned subject to applicable processing charges.
You may only deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own name. 92co does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made in contravention of this clause may be returned and the Account subjected to further review.
Once a wager has been accepted and settled by the Platform, deposits applied to that wager are not refundable. Disputes regarding settled bets are subject to the Betting Rules set out in clause 8.
Withdrawals are available to users who have (a) completed the applicable KYC verification process, (b) satisfied any wagering requirements applicable to Bonus funds credited to their Account, and (c) complied with these Terms in all material respects.
92co does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations depend on the selected payment method, the completeness of your KYC documentation, the operator's internal compliance review and the policies of the receiving financial institution. Users should allow additional processing time for first-time withdrawals. No withdrawal is guaranteed "instant".
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set per transaction and per period. These limits are displayed in the Cashier section and may vary by payment method or Account tier. The Platform reserves the right to modify these limits at its discretion.
92co reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks or review of betting activity. This is a standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the user.
Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the capabilities of that payment method. Where this is not possible, 92co will request an alternative approved method from the user.
All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives offered by 92co are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a specific bonus offer's terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. For illustrative example only: a bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 20x wagering requirement would require PKR 1,00,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established. Actual requirements are stated in each offer's terms.
Where a Bonus is active on your Account, a maximum bet limit per wager applies during wagering requirement completion. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a Bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The maximum bet limit is published in each bonus offer's specific terms.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots and table games may each carry different contribution percentages. A full contribution table is published in the bonus-specific terms. As a general illustration: slots may contribute 100% and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate — refer to the applicable offer terms for confirmed figures.
Bonuses and free bets carry an expiry date from the time they are credited to the Account. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
92co reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple offers, systematically exploiting low-risk betting strategies during bonus play, or using automated systems to fulfil wagering requirements.
Any bonus amounts mentioned on this Platform or in marketing materials (e.g., PKR 1,000, PKR 5,000, PKR 25,000) are illustrative examples only unless accompanied by a live published offer. Users must verify current promotion terms in the Promotions section of the Platform before relying on any stated figure.
A wager is accepted only upon the Platform's confirmation of the bet. 92co reserves the right to decline any bet at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, prior to acceptance.
Odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a bet. Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance, not at any odds displayed before or after that moment. 92co accepts no liability for odds changes occurring after a bet has been accepted.
Where a bet has been accepted due to a manifest and obvious error in odds or market information — including system errors, typographical errors or data-feed failures — 92co reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake at its discretion.
Settlement of all markets is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body or recognised data provider. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 92co's decision is final, subject to any formal complaints procedure available through the Platform's support channels.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. 92co does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and accepts no liability for the unavailability of live markets due to technical issues, data feed delays or circumstances outside its control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
92co reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes; (c) you no longer satisfy the eligibility criteria in clause 3; or (d) compliance with applicable laws, regulations or regulatory guidance so requires.
Upon closure of your Account, any Real Money Balance remaining after the resolution of any pending compliance review will be returned to you using an approved payment method, subject to satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support through the Platform's live chat or email channel. Voluntary closure requests are subject to processing of any outstanding wagers and completion of any pending KYC or compliance requirements.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 92co's applicable operator licence is held. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
